CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER

If you accidentally place the wrong order and wish to add/remove something, you should reach out to us immediately for any changes you wish to make. If the order has not been processed on our end, we will make the required changes.

You will be provided with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders get shipped typically within 24-48 hours after being placed. Post shipping, we have a standard delivery time of 5-7 days.

How can I track my package?
What is the return/refund policy?

We don't do refunds as of now. In case of a a fault at our end, we can send you a replacement of the product.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Size exchange requests must be made via email (baithole.business@gmail.com) or Instagram (@bait.hole). Size Exchanges are only applicable for 1 item per customer, meaning that exchanges of 2 or more items will not be approved. Size exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product for approval. Once the size exchange is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup. After verifying the quality and authenticity of the returned product, the exchange will be further processed.

Please ensure that the products are not washed, torn, stretched, or stained in any way to qualify for an exchange. After approval, the customer will receive store credit equal to the value of the purchase, minus Rs. 200 as reverse shipping charges. The store credit will be issued as a discount code and sent via email or Instagram DM.
